I had two espresso machines repaired there. The last one wasn't cost-effective, but I was informed of the cost beforehand and decided it wasn't worth it – I saved it for parts for the remaining ones. The communication itself was very efficient, with no pretense that it would be done tomorrow – because I knew it wouldn't be. And the service – this espresso machine has never been so clean :D So, even though I'm not close to them (about 300 km), I know I'll be going to this repair shop for any future problems.

We took the espresso machine to a service center, as it's a reputable service with good reviews. The machine was "fixed" and the error was theoretically resolved. After checking it, we noticed it was making strange noises before and after the repair. It turned out the same thing happened a few days later. After removing the brewing unit (one lock button) that was causing the problem, it turned out it hadn't even been removed, cleaned, or lubricated, not to mention lubricating the guides. Importantly, they issued a 450 złoty invoice and encouraged us to have it serviced frequently. I don't know if this is standard practice or if we were just unlucky to encounter a "professional." I rarely give reviews like this, but this time I have to.

I found this store based on the excellent reviews on Google Maps. They're probably only so good because they offer a significant review discount before payment (meaning, when we don't know if the machine is working yet). - I waited a long time for my machine to be repaired (about two weeks), and above all, it was much longer than advertised. - Contact was very difficult – there were days when I couldn't reach them by phone, and I ended up using a different phone number. - Orders were a mess – the team didn't understand the progress of the repair. - The prices, in my opinion, were high. - As for the repair itself – I've been using the machine for three days, and everything is fine.

One of the worst repair shops I've ever encountered. Completely incompetent people. My coffee machine was brought in three times because it worked for a week and broke again, and each time someone comes up with a new story. I should mention that it was always my fault, never anyone else's. Even when it arrived incomplete, they blamed it on me losing it during shipping. I recommend avoiding this shop and finding someone else. It's truly a waste of time and money. They replaced almost everything they could on this machine. The cost was 1,200 PLN, and a new one costs 2,000 PLN, so I didn't do business. I won't mention that it was quite far from them, but that was my choice, and they never made it a priority to fix it, instead keeping it for two or three weeks. I 100% recommend this shop.

Repairing my espresso machine turned out to be too expensive, so I decided against it and only paid 50 PLN for troubleshooting. Very friendly service. When I picked up the machine, the technician, and probably the owner as well, explained what was wrong and why the repair cost was so high. Regardless, I recommend it!

Hello, I took my Nivona for repair. The estimate was very quick, and they determined the motherboard was damaged, costing 1,400 PLN. Of course, I declined the repair because it wasn't worth it, as it was almost half the price of a new one. After getting home, I turned the machine on, poured some water in, and added a genuine cleaning tablet, and it seems to be working normally and hasn't even jammed. They must have been trying to rip me off.

I only ordered a part for my espresso machine through this website, but the approach, help, and service were excellent. I recommend them.
